Founded in 1910, the Kurayoshi distillery is located in the picturesque prefecture of Tottori at the foot of Mount Daisen. This region, which is known for its fermentation and distillation traditions, offers an ideal setting for the production of high-quality whisky. The crystal-clear water, which is filtered through the volcanic rock of Daisen, gives the distillery’s whiskies their unrivalled softness and purity.
Tottori is a blend of various Japanese whiskies matured in American white oak casks. More than a hundred years of experience in the art of maturation and blending are applied perfectly here.
