Redemption is bringing back the almost forgotten “rye-forward” whiskey. The recipe, inspired by the pre-Prohibition era – 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% barley – offers a different flavour profile to typical, mainly corn-based bourbon: strong, spicy, with notes of vanilla, oak and berries.
