Founded in 1949 in Aichi Prefecture, the Japanese distillery is characterised by the use of ultra-soft water from the Yahagi River and high-quality fermentation. Hinotori 5 Years consists of 60% corn, 10% wheat and 30% malt. It offers a light, floral and fruity profile.
