The FEW Distillery was founded in 2011 in Evanston, Illinois, the home of the temperance movement. A mash of corn, wheat and malt is used as the base for the American gin. It first reveals flavours of lemon peel and vanilla, before ending on typical juniper notes – a triumphant gin pleasure of the classic kind.
