“By The Dutch” was founded in 2015 and produces traditional spirits with Dutch roots. The speciality Genever is a juniper schnapps, but is more similar to a whisky than a classic gin because it contains malt. The dry gin from “By the Dutch” also contains a small proportion of malt wine.
