To finance the upkeep of the palace and its gardens, Buckingham Palace has been producing its own gin, Buckingham Palace London Dry Gin, for several years. Many of its flavours come from plants collected in the gardens of Buckingham Palace. Lemon verbena, hawthorn berries and mulberry leaves, for example, are picked by hand in the palace gardens. These gardens extend over 16 hectares and provide a habitat for 30 bird species and over 250 wildflower varieties.
With its unique royal origin, this gin offers an aromatic, harmoniously fruity and spicy drinking pleasure with notes of citrus fruits and herbs.
