GlenAllachie Ruby Port Cask Finish 10 years old
This bottling was given the finishing touches in a Ruby Port Hogshead. Ruby Ports are characterised by a lively and fruity profile. The result is a perfect balance between the heather-honey DNA of The GlenAllachie and pronounced fruit flavours. As always, without colouring and without chill filtration.
Meikle Toìr The Turbo 2024 Edition
This bottling is currently one of the most sought-after from Billy Walker. The Turbo is not produced separately, but is the last part of the distillation process – in this the proportion of phenols in the New Make increases. The normal cut has around 35ppm, but the turbo cut has around 70ppm. This is well illustrated in the infographic. Logically, the production therefore yields significantly more of The Original, The Chinquapin and The Sherry.
