Inspired by MacNair’s discovery of the joys of a wee dram next to a smoking peat chimney, whisky legend Billy Walker has used his half-century of blending experience to develop the recipes for a range of whiskies that feel like a traditional Scottish toast to a long life: “Lang may yer lum reek” – “Long may your chimney smoke”.
