No. 3 London Dry Gin

gin-no3

The origins of Berry Bros. & Rudd Wine & Spirits Merchants can be traced back to the London of 1698. The “No. 3 St James London Dry Gin”, however, is produced in Holland, its historic home.

The brief given to his team by the then managing director, Sir Simon Berry, was to create the best gin for a dry martini; in other words, the quality should be so high that the gin is also easy to drink neat. The ingredients are limited to the three fruits – juniper, orange and grapefruit – and three spices, namely angelica, coriander and cardamom.
