Ian Macleod Distillers Limited has been in existence since 1933 and is still entirely owned by the Scottish family. The group has several award-winning brands and is known for its Scotch whisky, single malts, gins, rums, vodkas and liqueurs.
Ian Macleod’s “As We Get It” whiskies are single-malt bottlings from unnamed distilleries, whose best casks are blended together. There is one Islay and one Highland bottling, each with a different alcohol strength and colour. “As We Get It” is unconventional and rounds off any whisky range in a unique way. It is bottled in the traditional way: unchill-filtered and straight from the barrel.
